Be it for business, pleasure, or both, travel is an important part of the Clockwork Concepts experience. Whether driving to another office for cross-training or flying to a relaxing weekend retreat, the chance to see more of the world while spending time with our talented team members is always welcome.
Our most recent company outing took us to Lanier Islands for a golfing weekend. The trip was a mix of vacation and work: we enjoyed time on the links and at the resort, but other executives were there as well, so we took some time to expand our networks.
Jonah W., Clockwork Concepts’ CEO, took only the top performing team members with him on this journey, so everyone worked hard to qualify for this event. Jonah likes to provide these chances on a regular basis so that we can unwind while branching out and meeting professionals from different markets and backgrounds. This always freshens our perspectives and gives us new ways to think about our personalized outreach services.
Another advantage of trips like the Lanier Islands outing is the chance to teach goal-setting skills. Knowing how to set a specific goal with action steps and a hard deadline is one of the secrets to success, so we consider qualifiers to be a development tool that helps our team members cultivate this ability.
We appreciate our firm’s travel program, and look forward to our next event. To find out where we’re going, follow Clockwork Concepts on Facebook.
